Terms & Conditions

The Platform provides a skill-based digital challenge using a Tetris-style game environment.

Participation requires a voluntary user decision, a deposited balance converted into in-platform tokens, and successful completion of defined gameplay objectives.

Users may receive token rewards if they complete the defined challenge conditions and pass the system validation process. Participation is optional and voluntary.

The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment services, or guarantees of profit.

By registering and using the Platform, the User confirms that participation is entirely voluntary, no employee, affiliate, or representative of the Company pressured or persuaded the User to participate, and the User has independently decided to take part in the challenge.

The User acknowledges that participation involves uncertain outcomes, including the possibility of losing the tokens used to initiate a game session.

The Platform does not guarantee winning outcomes, token rewards, financial gain, or successful completion of gameplay objectives.

Game outcomes depend on a combination of player skill, system validation mechanisms, and platform-defined probability parameters.

Users accept that loss of tokens or deposited value may occur during gameplay.

The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that gameplay may result in the loss of tokens used to start a challenge.

Tokens used in gameplay are non-refundable once a session begins. The Company bears no responsibility for losses incurred during gameplay.

The User agrees to assume full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from participation.

Users may deposit funds through approved payment providers. Deposited funds are converted into platform tokens at the platform's defined conversion rate.

Tokens are used exclusively for gameplay within the Platform. Once converted, tokens have no independent cash value outside the platform environment and cannot be reversed back into the original payment once used in gameplay.

All deposits and token conversions are final. The Platform operates a strict no-refund policy, including completed gameplay sessions, incomplete gameplay sessions, user error during gameplay, and device interruptions or connectivity issues.

Users agree not to initiate payment reversals, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

To promote responsible participation, the Platform may impose operational limits including maximum number of gameplay sessions per day, minimum and maximum stake amounts, and temporary suspension of gameplay features.

These limits may be adjusted by the Company without prior notice.

The Platform utilises server-side validation systems to maintain game integrity. Gameplay outcomes may be verified using session validation, probability validation, and gameplay completion verification.

Only results validated by the Platform server will be considered final. The User agrees that server records constitute the authoritative record of gameplay results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for loss of deposited funds, loss of tokens during gameplay, user misinterpretation of platform functionality, device failures or internet interruptions, payment provider issues, or technical errors outside Company control.

The User agrees that all participation is undertaken at their own risk.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from user participation in the challenge, user financial losses, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Users may not: attempt to manipulate gameplay systems, use automated scripts or bots, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use multiple accounts to bypass platform limits.

Violation may result in account suspension, token forfeiture, or permanent platform ban.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, all activity conducted under their account, and ensuring their device security.

The Company is not responsible for unauthorised account access.

Users must meet the minimum legal age required to enter digital participation agreements in their jurisdiction.

By registering, the User confirms that they meet this requirement.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or security updates.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws applicable within the jurisdiction where the operating Company is registered.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before accessing the Platform, the User must confirm: "I confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in the TETRIS skill challenge and accept full responsibility for any outcome, including financial loss."

Selecting 'Agree and Continue' (or the equivalent checkbox on signup) constitutes legal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
